Pager does not work on secondary toolbars #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. right click taskbar and select TOOLBARS -> NEW TOOLBAR...
2. select folder to use for new toolbar
3. right click taskbar and uncheck LOCK THE TASKBAR
4. left click drag & drop new toolbar to dock it somewhere outside the taskbar
5. right click new toolbar and check TOOLBARS -> KVASDOPAGER

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Section shows up with title for KvasdoPager, but the boxes for each virtual 
desktops are not present. I would expect it to show the available virtual 
desktops just like it does on the main taskbar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

vwKvasdoPager-0.5.1a
VirtualWin 4.2
Windows XP Pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried restarting VirtualWin and disabling/enabling KvasdoPager after the 
new toolbar has been created, but have never been able to get it to work.

I've been able to use the Pager in a 2nd toolbar however its not at all stable. 
Rebooting my system will cause the Pager to how blank/removed from the 
secondary toolbar with/without the title being shown. If i attempt to use the 
toolbar productively, over time my system becomes very unstable. 

This would be huge for this product and anyone that can implement the 
fuctionality to work properly and efficiently with windows.
