Cannot Open vwKvasdoPager config page #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install VirtuaWin
2. Install vwKvasdoPager as prescribed in install.txt
3. Attempt to open vwKvasdoPage config page in VirtuaWin setup, modules tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see config page, nothing hapens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bit, latest versions of VirtuaWin and vwKvasdoPager (as of 
4.20.2011)

Please provide any additional information below.

Agreed. There's no configuration dialog yet. But doing nothing when you expect 
the config page to show up is a bug.
