Added more text and refined discussion. Is there a word limit? We are near 8k words not including the bibliography.

I did not find any mention of a word limit on the Peer Community Journal's website. So I think that means it does not matter if it's a bit over (but we do not want to publish a monograph that no one ever wants to read... at least I don't!)
