Assignment 35

• Weekend rails project can be skipped if you do the Rumble
• First assignment where some creativity will be necessary
• Create a rails app that fulfills the following:
  1. must have a new controller, with a new route (can use scaffolding)
  2. must use two models
  3. must have a form to manage one of the models, the other model should be referenced in the form and via a foreign key in some way
  4. must use bootstrap and some custom css
  5. must be deployed on Heroku and checked into GitHub
