Cleanup of parts of the source tree #6

Hi,

this moves most of the non-code related files out of the xpp folder into doc. I also removed unneeded files.

@Ermentrout can you maybe tell me how to reorder the 3 folders with the various ode files.

ode/ contains a bunch of examples from xpp_doc.pdf and also lots of examples of werid sort of stuff that you can do that has accumulated over the years. I really should prune this and annotate it. There are also several examples using C canonical/ is a bunch of examples from xpp_sum.pdf tstauto/ has the codes I was using to test the new versions of AUTO against the examples in the AUTO manual cuda/ is just a few examples of using xpp and a GPU
