Kde plasma cursor is glitchy #14

Two glitchy behaviours:

  1. The cursor gets stuck into a handle bar when going over the scrollbar in dolphin - i.e. it feels stateful when it shouldn't - I expect the same area to have the same cursor, but right now the cursor above the scrollbar depends on where it was last.
  2. I can't seem to reproduce this at the moment, but when moving the cursor over a window so that it transforms into a handlebar for resizing the window, the cursor offset seems to get applied one pixel off. In other words, there is a pixel where when the cursor is on top of it, it applies the wrong combination of cursor and cursor offset (i.e. using the handlebar cursor icon while using the pointer cursor's offset information).

Can't seem to reproduce it anymore after the NixOS upgrade to latest unstable in #12
