Can't set radio power to 0 dBm #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the web-face.
2.Click Wireless-Advanced
3.Write down 0 into the Radio Power field.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the possibility to tune radio power from 0 dBm (1 mW as it was in
previous versions until r1962). But I see that the value must be 1-31.

What version of the product are you using?
WL500gp-1.9.2.7-d-r1967

Please provide any additional information below.

use 1 dBm to get 1 mW (1.25892541179) fractal part doesn't make a sense
0 dBm is used for 802.11g/n adapter hardware defaults

radio settings were reered back to mW units since r1974, so 1 mW is exactly 0
dBm
