FTP: you cannot set access "Private [Read-Only]" for a private FTP directory

What version of the product are you using?
rt-n 2334.

Please provide any additional information below.
При использовании встроенного FTP-сервера, 
для private каталогов невозможно установить 
доступ только на чтение, есть только режим 
на чтение-запись, либо [WO], что надо понимать 
вероятно как Write-Only.

Why do you need RO access for a private FTP dir?

It maybe useful to give RO access to some individual users...  Admin puts files 
there...
