wireless problem - channel + mac #219

I have 2 Asus RT-16n.
One with DD-WRT and one with RT-N16-1.9.2.7-rtn-r2775.trx

The problem with the "Oleg" firmware is that on Mac (I only have Macs) I cannot 
use wireless On other settings than:

Cannel 6
N only
20 Mhz
Lower

If I Change the channel, nothing works.

An I have 3 neighbors with 6 Chanel (auto)

Unfortunately, none of us has Mac. So, we can't test your assumption.

DD-WRT team has full access to WiFi driver sources (they bought Broadcom SDK) 
while we has to use public available binary blob.

I can't change wifi channel on my ASUS RT-N16 too... the number changes but the 
router almost always uses the 11-th channel (unfortunately it's occupied by 
someone in the neighborhood)

... and it doesn't depend on Mac (I have none)
