QOS not fully working on the official release #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download 1 file on the full speed
2. Try to access internet by browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to browse pages, request timeout instead.

What version of the product are you using?
WL500gpv2-1.9.2.7-d-r2624.trx, dir-320 dlink

Used unofficial ver.2889 from ftp://core.dumped.ru/wl/2889/, seems ok for 
start. Thanks.
