RT-N10: original firmware 2.1.0.6, cannot install wl500g

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Program ASUS firmware version 2.1.0.6, or buy RT-N10 with already installed 
this firmware
2. Try to program any version of wl500g-RTN10 or ASUS 1.x.x.x firmware, only 
2.x.x.x will load
3. Firmware does not install, saying "incorrect firmware" ("ошибка 
обновления микропрограммы")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: firmware program successful
got: unsuccessful

What version of the product are you using?
Any. tried 2902-27XX

Please provide any additional information below.
I think there is Device ID, or structure changes, incompatible with old 
firmware.

Probably you has RT-N10 B1 which is hardware incompatible with our firmware.

Do you mean RT-N10+?
It seems to be ordinary RT-N10, in same box, with same manuals, there is no 
signs, saying "hardware B1", or "RT-N10+"

Yes.

Sorry, I never see original RT-N10 ASUS firmware, so can't answer to your 
question.

Try to load firmware via tftp or mini-web recovery server by depressing restore 
button on power on.
