Modem type setting not saved after router reboot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In modem options select CDMA/EVDO or User defined
2.Press Finish
3.After reboot modem type is still GPRS/EDGE/UMTS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CDMA modem cannot connect, because modem type and call number is not changeable.

What version of the product are you using?
All versions since r2734 have this issue

1. The problem consist in independent behavior of selector "Modem type" and 
"Autodetect device". If "Autodetect device" is "yes" then all modem parameter 
will automatically changed after reboot.

2. "Modem type" setups "Autodetect device" to "no" since r2985.

CDMA-модем после разрыва повторно не 
соединяется, помогает только перезагрузка 
роутера и то не всегда. До r2734 определяется 
и конектится без проблем.

We can't reproduce this problem. Without logs we can't help at all.

"View connected modems" switches Modem type to GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA.
