Low switching speed with Corbina #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just power up router with default settings
2. Trying to download from local network ftp server. Dont use any Internet 
connection, just LAN (ip address obtained from DHCP).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When download through router speed about 40KB/s. When download from directly 
connected PC speed about 8Mb/s.

What version of the product are you using?
wl500gpv2 1.9.2.7-rtn-r2972 

Please provide any additional information below.
When connect two computers to router switch ports - speed about 8MB/s. So 
problem exists beetwen router and Corbina network. But I set MAC on WAN port 
exactly like for PC - nothing help. Maybe Corbina shape traffic but how to 
detect router if MAC are the same?
