What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Перепрошился на 3479
2. Сбросил в ноль настройки
3.Перенастроил на провайдера.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
постоянно, с интервалом в 2 минуты в логе 
проявляется сообщение что:
eth1: received packet with own address as source address

Судя по всему имеется ввиду ip, т.к. смена 
мака помогла, но ненадолго? При этом по 
вай-фаю никто не подключен.
What version of the product are you using?

WL-500 gpv2
Please provide any additional information below.
Провайдер Пчелайн+L2TP.

При перепрошивке обратно на 3121 все стало 
замечательно.

Такая же ерунда в логах, провайдер тот же 
Билайн (Москва) L2TP.
