First of all, you hide information about other devices connected to usb hub. It
is unacceptable in case of you want to get help.

Second, seems to be your usb hub buggy or running out of power. Problem come
from other unknown usb device, probably UPS. You can google similar bugreports,
for example: http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-usb/msg27318.html

Other devices connected to the USB HUB: USB HDD, UPS and USB/RS232, it's all
right. It does this only when connected printer.

1) Provide full syslog.log

2) Router is not a PC, and there might be not enough power on USB ports.
Decrease number of consumers or add external usb power supply.

3) Try to read wl500g.info forum or similar resources to understand routers
real capabilities. Never trust commercial ads from manufacturers.

The USB hub I connected an external power supply. A printer I connected and
disconnected. Message "kernel: drivers / hid / usbhid / hid-core.c: control
queue full" is not yet appeared.

Once more again - it is cutted syslog.log. Sorry, we are unable to provide
personal support.

Moreover, I see following messages

kernel: usb 1-2.4: device descriptor read/64, error -145

it assumes bad usb cable or other hardware problem.

Just for clarification - FULL syslog must include initial usb devices
recognition to determine their type, speed, etc. In case of you(or someone
else) install logrotate or any other software, he(she) must understand what he
done.
