RT-N16 wifi signal weak when using WPA2-personal/AES #331

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change Authentication method to WPA2-personal
2. Change WPA encryption to AES

What is the expected output? 
Expect: wifi signal strength not affected.

What do you see instead?
Wifi signal becomes weak (zero bar on my cell phone). Wifi connection drops 
time to time on my laptop.

What version of the product are you using?
1.9.2.7-rtn-r4051

Please provide any additional information below.
When I change to WPA-personal/AES, got 4 bars on cell phone. My laptop x220 
(ubuntu 12.04) does not suffer connection drop anymore. Radio power remains 100.
