PPTP connection broken after update to 4645 revision #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download RT-N16-1.9.2.7-rtn-r4645.trx
2. Upgrade Firmware.
3. Reboot after upgrade.

PPTP can't connect.
I use ASUS RT-N16
When I downgrade to 1636 pptp works fine.

4330 works fine too.

Problem very rare and depends on ISP. It appears due to updates of pppd, 
probably r4420

Please try test build

We decided to reimplement MSCHAP-v2 response caching. For all experienced 
problems with r4645 - please test new version
