It would be great to have support for pptpd in this firmware.
N56/N66 already has it and it is very userful feature.

You can use pptpd from Entware

In N66 it can be controlled via web interface. It is more comfortable to use.

RT-N66U stock FW uses old accel-pptpd daemon with pptp support only
suggest to use pptp/l2tp/pppoe accel-pppd daemon from entware which is much 
more capable and easier to config.
