In some cases global buttons that are added on one page and then removed by another page seem to become ghosts.
If page A adds a global button, then you go to page B which removes the global button (all done in javascript using overRide.addGlobalButton). If you now return to page A the global button reappears. It also seems to appear on any other pages that may have been visited prior to the buttons removal.
If you do a File/Reload (not restart) the global button disappears,
