Problem

Users will send SMS to Twilio phone number which will be consumed by the service.

Solution

Integrate with Twilio to receive these messages.

I can provide the WAISN twilio account. If I recall correctly, you can get test phone numbers for free so setting up your own Twilio account is probably something you want to do.
