List of tags a user is interessted in (settings) cannot be cleared

We use following version of Scoold Pro:

• Scoold Pro
• Scoold version: 1.35.1
• Production mode: true
• Para app: app:scoold
• Para version: 1.34.1
• Para endpoint: http://localhost:8080

If a user tries to remove tags from his/hers settings it works perfectly if the list of tags is not empty when saving.

Given the list of tags in settings is not empty When the user removed all tags and saves Then the list will re-appear incorrect with all tags previously removed

Given the list of tags in settings is not empty When the user removes all tags but one and saves Then the list contains only the correct tag that has not been removed previously
