Allow admins to control notifications for replies & comments on my posts, favorite tags #37

Already impleneted but not documented. The default values for the toggle switches for email notifications are:

para.favtags_emails_enabled = false
para.reply_emails_enabled = false
para.comment_emails_enabled = false
