Improve Microsoft Teams bot's functions access #60

It would be better to have all the functions (not only "ask", "answer", "version", "stats", "whoami") of the bot available in the personal conversation with him and not only in the conversation within a team to avoid polluting the chat with all people command (search, etc.). The difference between these two use is not logical and not useful.
