Unanswered/unapproved filters appear to be switched

When viewing all questions I can clearly see a label on those which are answered and those which aren't:

When I click on the 'unanswered' filter at the top of the page, it's entirely empty, but when I click on the 'unapproved' filter, all of the unanswered questions are visible.

Is it likely that these filters have been accidentally switched or am I misunderstanding the terms unanswered vs unapproved?

I see how this can be a bit confusing at first. The "unanswered" filter shows questions with zero answers, whereas the "unapproved" filter shows questions with zero or more answers but without an approved (selected by the author) answer.
