Get rid of Embedded Data field definition in Survey Flow #1

In an effort to make the Engine as plug & play as possible, a bug report has been sent to Qualtrics regarding exporting of non-defined Embedded Data into the results view & data file. Qualtrics has responded by issuing a feature request which would allow me to alter the user API so that data field definitions in the survey flow are no longer required.

Qualtrics has fixed the bug that piped text can't be used in Look & Feel headers, which at least allows us to get rid of the parameters required in the Init question that pipe in data from ED. However, they're still required in the survey flow.
