Remove some pulldown menus

Remove pulldown menus for Linguality, SpeechCorpus, Access, Documentation, Validation. These are confusing and invite to making serious mistakes.

Desired result:

• the pulldown part (combobox) of the menu should be 'fixed'
• user must still be able to add or edit

The solution probably is to also use the reduction (as in issue #17) for the foreignkeys

Yes, this works. I implement this for all models by adding appropriate lines to the admin.py, in the "formfield_for_dbfield()" function for each class.
