Prerequisite: there is an XML file that contains enough information already to be suitable for the VLO.
That is to say, there should be a Header, a ResourceProxyList and so on.
Go to menu item Tools > VLO items
Press Add a new Vloitem
Start editing the new Vloitem
Select the correct XML file from the File line
Save the item
A button Import should have appeared
If not, press F5 to refresh the screen
press it to upload the XML into the Collbank database
A button Register should have appeared
Press it in order to get a PID for this XML file
A button Publish should have appeared
Press it in order to make the (adapted) XML file available on the Applejack registry page (i.e. https://cls.ru.nl/registry)
