Test items clean-up

Clean up any test manuscript or so:

1. Remove projects ErwinTest01, ErwinTest02
2. Remove Manuscripts (incl. manifestations) with shelfmark ERK (erwin)
3. Remove Gryson/Clavis “EK tst 01”
4. Remove Authority file 051.1100
5. Remove Datasets (Erwin): personal ones (leave the team ones)
6. Remove keyword erwintest
7. Any test HCs?

Double check for project-less items:

1. Manuscripts:
   1. 3 items (non-template) are without project
   2. Items: [5126, 16203, 16204]
2. Sermons:
   1. There are 1273 quite a few Sermons (manifestations) that are without project
   2. What about sermons that are part of a manuscript, and the manuscript is without project?
      1. There are 274 in that category: those are the sermons of which the manuscript doesn't have a project
3. Collections: irrelevant
4. EqualGold (AF):
   1. 27 items are without project.
   2. Items: [6090, 6150, 6152, 6153, 6155, 6156, 6158, 6159, 6161, 6162, 6163, 6164, 6166, 6187, 6200, 6201, 6202, 6203, 6320, 6553, 6554, 6555, 6556, 7265, 7269, 7293, 7340]

More removals

1. Private datasets from Thijs - 7 items, removed
2. Saved items that are now 'detached': removed
3. Saved groups from erwin: removed
4. AF suggestions that erwin should review: removed
5. AF suggestions that thijs should review: removed

Projectless sermons (manifestations)

1. Somehow the number of sermons without projects had grown to 2945.
   1. I added adapt_projectorphans() in adaptations. This made a lot of repairs
   2. The number has now dereased to 668, though this is just 261, if we exclude to mtype="man" (actual manifestations, instead of templates, the latter of which there are 407)
   3. These 261 sermons belong to three manuscripts, with the following id's: [5126, 16203, 16204]

Projectless Authority Files

1. Right now these cannot be edited by anyone
2. The reason for this is that they have been 'moved'
3. I added a warning message next to their Passim code

Projectless sermons: the three remaining manuscripts were errors/empty manuscripts. I've deleted them, so there should now be no more projectless manifestations.
