e-WGD: try match 'unknown' dialects with the correct ones #18

The dialect names / kloeke codes are sometimes distorted. Would it be possible to match at least some of the 'distorted' dialects to the correct ones?

Possible points of repair:

  1. First phase!!! When place name and kloeke code is the same (e.g. Achterberg, L008a), then there should be just one entry in Dialect.
    1. Why the different entries anyway?
      1. This particular case -- unclear; both have the right Coordinate
  2. Remove the /1, /2 etc from the dialect names in Dialect
    1. If there is a record with the stad field without /nn, then map to that record (change this in Entry)
  3. Elburg situation:
    1. Field stad is like Elburg/1, Elburg/2 and so on
    2. Field nieuw uses the old Kloeke code (F100)
    3. There is an entry Elburg with nieuw code F100p as well as a link to Coordinate
    4. In these kinds of situations: use the one with the correct Kloeke and Coordinate
