e-WLD: Export to CSV #24

Add the possibility to export the currently selected search results to a .csv file. Note: each entry in the .csv file should contain the information of exactly one "entry"

Some notes:

  1. Use TAB instead of comma
  2. Each CSV line should contain this information: [Begrip - Trefwoord - Dialectopgave - KloekeCode - Boek - Aflevering]
  3. Change button name: CSV >> Export
  4. Allow user to choose between 'Download tab-separated values', 'Download excel'

Okay, exporting to Html, Csv and Excel goes correctly. It's only that it takes quite a lot of time. How to reduce that time??
