e-WLD: Add column 'book' to listview #31

Add a column to the ListView of Lemma and of Trefwoord. This column should contain the details of the book in which the information in that row can be found.

Note: books have two numbers: 'deel', 'aflevering'

Note 2: the user should be able to download the PDF of the book/part (see issue ErwinKomen/RU-wnd#22)

PDF-referring Aflevering-information has been added to three listviews:

  1. Lemma listview (Zoeken/Begrip)
  2. Trefwoord listview (Zoeken/Trefwoord)
  3. Location listview (Zoeken/Plaats)
