e-WLD: Add space between code and location #33

When the user selects both '(Kloeke) code' as well 'plaats', a space must be inserted between the two

This proved to be quite difficult. I had to add a separate with a particular class name and a non-breaking-space that I either show or hide using the existing diadict::do_dialect() function.
