eWGD: lemma view misses entries from a region #48

PI notes:

Bij sommige begrippen krijgen ik niet het Rivierengebied, bij andere niet de Veluwe: Verhemelte -> Alleen Rivierengebied Mond -> alleen Veluwe

As for Verhemelte: file WGD Veluwe Mens 20220427.xlsx shows that no standaardspelling is given (trefwoord). That's why they are not processed.

As for Mond: apparently a part of Rivierengebied mens has not been read (about half of it). The reason for this is that two cells in the first column A were empty:
