Expand `/farm` data format to allow for non-`wow-professions.com` routes #350

It'd be nice if e.g. people could suggest their own routes.

This would also need timestamp overrides, since these routes could be added at any time.

This should probably work as 2 extra optional separations after the regular route, with a date override and an author override.
