Major Code Rewrite

Major code rewrite for the bot, here are some goals so that it is considered completed and ready for deployment.

• [ ] Organize the code into folders and multiple files instead of one app.py
• [ ] Implement actual databases instead of using a json file for it
• [ ] Transfer the current json file data to the db.
• [ ] Update changes related to the Telegram API
  • [ ] Update (un)subscribe function and split it into two (or three?)
  • [ ] Update the setTimezone function so that it doesn't use args
• [ ] Paging on the upcoming message
• [ ] Maybe add a configuration menu
• [ ] Increase robustness of code. Treat exceptions when requests are unsuccessful or in case people block the bot.
