imp(evm): emit tx receipt and miscellaneous deprecation #132

This PR contains:

Emit tx receipt (follow Ethereum that persist canonical tx receipt)
Use tx receipt from event for constructing RPC response
Deprecate some transient store:
- tx index (replaced by tx count)
- log size (replaced by log count)
Add method to construct EVM tx execution
