imp(evm): remove the 2nd ethereum event, use receipt event only #134

This PR contains:

Emit VM error and Tendermint Tx Hash along with receipt event.
Remove the 2nd ethereum tx event emit after apply transaction (consensus).
Refactor parsing receipt event instead of the 2nd ethereum tx event.
