imp(erc20): remove `x/erc20` auto-convert logic #141

The auto-convert logic in x/erc20 can cause un-expected behavior to user, as well as blindly EVM spec.

This PR contains:

Remove auto-convert logic of x/erc20.
Remove the wrapper module x/ibc which only incharges auto-convert logic.
