Description of issue

Mass Driver activation button, Mass Driver windoor can be opened and utilized by anyone, no access restrictions are put on. same with incinerator

Difference between expected and actual behavior

I personally think that spacing and disposing of corpses should be restricted to either the CMO or captain.
