Description of issue

Medical suit cycler can cycle to all suit types.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

I assume this is an oversight and that the medical suit cycler should only cycle suits to medical.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to cycle suit
Be allowed to get a security suit as a corpsman

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur
