Description of issue

Command should be in the top of the manifest

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Assuming this is an oversight and not intended behavior.

Command should be on the top of the manifest, instead of on the middle.

Open the crew manifest program

Specific information for locating

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Since the first round.

Client version, Server revision & Game ID
