When filtering on the main grid. The end user works with 2 student types all the time.
They have to keep switching the filter back and forth to find all the students they
need to work with.

End user would like the filter drop down to be able to select more than one item
so they can see 2 types.
On the below microapp, on the Decker tab (first one), scroll to the right to see
the I/Q column, end user would like to select both I and Q but no other types.
