Speech Rate slider has no effect #13

STR:

Establish a remote connection
- Set the speech mode to TTS
- Adjust the rate slider

As the title says, adjusting the rate has absolutely no effect. On my phone at least, no matter if the slider is at 50, 100, or 0%, the speech always seems to be speaking at a very fast rate.

The slider is a bit buggy, you're right. It works only in a specific area, not on the full slider. The min and max depends on your device and OS version. But I'm already working on a better implementation of that slider.
