What do you need help with?

If you can give a little tutorial on whitelisting web server IP that would be
helpful

What product version are you running? VBulletin version? PHP version? Mysql
version?
TS3 Version: 3.0.0-beta29 [Build: 12473] on Windows
VBulletin: 4.1.0 Patch Level 2 (suite)
PHP: 5.X
Mysql: 5.0

Would you be willing to give admincp access and/or ftp/mysql access?
(Please do not post sensitive information here)
Yes, but I don't think its necessary.

We think we got it whitelisted now, we got further, but now we get this error:

Teamspeak Error 0: invalid uri supplied..

Not sure where to go to fix that.

In order to add your ip to the whitelist all you have to do is add it to the
query_ip_whitelist.txt in the same folder as the teamspeak executable. Give it
a few minutes to refresh and it should work. I will add instructions to the
readme about this as well.

As for your error, can you update your server to beta30 and see if anything
changes?

We actually updated to beta30 the day before you sent that. We do have a new
error:

Teamspeak Error 111: Connection refused..

We initially had a port communication issue, but we resolved that (it was
messing up another server spy we were using). We have both the static IP and
the dedicated IP of the webhosting account whitelisted, and we do know that all
ports are open that are needed to run queries. Anything else I could be
missing?

Can you PM me your forum info, an ACP login, TS3 info, and server query login?
