When open vscode #5

Hello, im not very good at english, but i hope you understand what im asking :) when i open vscode, this error happen, and after that, everything is not working (before that, everything working perfectly) thanks in advice :)

This is a windows app and requires .NET runtime and tools for the development of the app. I recommend using visual studio (community) for the development. But with proper setup this should run in VSCode as well. Are you running this on a windows machine? What's your windows version .NET?
