Added few git commands #3 solving #5

What changes I have included

Adding 2 sections
- GETTING GIT HELP
- FORCE PUSH AND PULL
Adding another command under TIME TRAVELLING WITH GIT to exclude all previous commits (reset hard)
Few formatting

Overall your git set of commands is amazing. Thus I couldn't include much as more or less everything is being covered. @EshanTrivedi21 please look into the changes. And suggest any changes.
