no sip authorization if double $ symbol in password #112

i tested it on my site, and tested it on sipml5.org/call.html?svn=179

Summary:
   if i have password like 'password$' or 'pass$w$ord' i am fine
   but if i am have password like 'pa$$word' - i have authorization failure

but i can successful make sip authorization with other sip clients like X-lite.
