Cannot run app that was inside a .zip archive uncompressed by The Unarchiver ("permission denied") #324

I downloaded UrbanTerror 4.1 (UrbanTerror_41_FULL.zip) for Mac & Linux. If I
uncompress it using The Unarchiver, the file
"UrbanTerror_41_FULL/UrbanTerror/ioUrbanTerror.app" does not run (Console log
says "permission denied").

However, if I uncompress the same zip file using Mac OS X's built-in Archive
Utility, the app works fine (app launches).

Running Mac OS X 10.6.6.

The file in question can be downloaded from this page:

Seems to be the same problem as issue 322, merging.
