Dependency Update + Clean up #6

Hey folks,

due to the numerous past dependency updates of netty and kryo, I thnik it's also time for an update of KryoNetty!

Changelog:

Bump kryo from 5.0.0-RC9 to 5.2.0
Bump netty from 4.1.51 to 4.1.68
Fix README formatting
Update test-units
Delete practically unusable ThreadedEndpoint(s)
