[unity] Use new multi-pass support of newer URP versions in shaders #1824

New URP versions seem to have added SRPDefaultUnlit shader pass now (or it was undocumented before). URP spine shaders shall thus support outlines via this additional render pass. If not supported by older URP versions, an additional separate URP shaders package shall be released.
